Exchange and Return Policy

Because of our commitment to the quality of what we offer at Ethos , we explain to you the terms and procedures for exchange and return:

First: Replacement Policy

• Time period: The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days of the date of receiving the order.

• Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Fees: The customer bears the shipping cost for returning the product and the shipping cost for the new product. The shipping cost is 25 Saudi Riyals .

Second: Return Policy

• Time period: The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

• Conditions: The product must not have been opened or used, and must have all its labels and accessories.

• Fees: * Upon return (without defect), the basic shipping cost (25 riyals) will be deducted from the refund amount.

• The customer bears the cost of return shipping to our warehouses.

Third: The mechanism for returning funds

• The returned product is inspected immediately upon arrival at our warehouse to ensure its safety.

• The amount will be transferred to the customer's account within 7-14 business days to the same card used for payment.
